Offensive Student Conduct that Impacts the End of Year
For the duration of the time spent at the Alternative Program, students are not allowed to be present on any school campus or to attend any school-related activity; therefore, it is important that students and their parents/legal guardians understand the impact this has on student participation in milestone ceremonies.
NON-GRADUATING STUDENTS. Any student who commits violations during the last ten (10) days of the school year which result in recommendations for long-term suspension, expulsion, and/or a change of placement shall serve the long-term suspension and/or expulsion, and/or a change of placement into the next school year. The student is deemed “not in good standing” until the completion of the consequence and will not be allowed to be present on any school campus or to attend any school-related activity.
