The parent/legal guardian must attend a mandatory conference with the principal or designee to discuss the consequences for additional unexcused tardies. |

The parent/legal guardian must attend a mandatory conference with the principal or designee to discuss the consequences for additional unexcused tardies including the civil penalties that may be incurred if the student continues to be habitually tardy (late to school). |
| Tardy 10 |
The student will be referred to the proper court. Here the court will determine the civil penalties that may be incurred, the need for prosecution, and/or the sanctions placed upon the student and parents/legal guardians. |
